Steve Carter, my salesperson, is a smart and GREAT addition to your sales team. He is very knowledgeable and articulate. When Steve said he would do something...he did it. It was my pleasure to deal with him. I have already recommended him to my sister-in-law. She has been to your showroom, but didn't have the pleasure of meeting Steve yet. The car is great as was the entire experience of purchase. I'm not sure the experience could be improved upon.

My car did not get completed in one day because the tire was not in. George drove down to my office the following week and picked up my car to get the tire put on and then brought it back. That was big as it is difficult for me to get to the dealership in normal business hours. This was much appreciated.

I have been a Crown customer since the early 80s. They are exceptional both in the showroom and the shop (for maintenance). The personnel present themselves very well and are very bright. I always enjoy just going to the dealership, whether to buy a vehicle or get mine serviced.
